Not sure if anyone else if having these issues but I have had users mention to me that within Revit 2026 when trying to sync a model it seems to just not work when color fill is on within the model and it forces them to quit sometimes which makes them lose work. Just wanted to bring attention to this incase it is something numerous others are experiencing.

Is it? This is something I rarely see, and I'm on tech support and client discussions every day.

For the claim "something numerous others are experiencing" ... can you share more info? Are these users on the latest build of 2026? and aren't running uncommon or outdated addons? Is the model well maintained with audit and compact? do users sync often? or go for hours without sync?

My last sentence mentioned "incase it is something numerous others are experiencing", did not mean for it to come off a claim but my intent was to see if this was an issue numerous other issues were having by chance. As for my users, they are in fact in the latest build of 2026 and the only add-on they are running is enscape. They tend to sync fairly often to keep from losing much, but I will need to verify about the model being well maintained and compact. I was briefed that while the Color Fill is active, it gives them this error sometimes and sometimes forces them to close out without saving.
