REVIT 2024 TWINMOTION 2023 ERROR OPENING

Hello I'm using revit 2024 with twinmotion 2023. I installed the tm but it cant be opened. Here is the information error

 is there anyone has the same problem with error opening twinmotion 2023 for revit 2024? Thankyou
