Revit 2024 Transfer Site Settings.

2023 seems to have the ability to tranfer Site Settings but in 2024 they seem to be gone. I can't find anything about it in the help. 
Did it move to some other menu?

Sorry I was not clearer. Under the Manage Tab>Transfer Project Standards 
Site Settings are no longer available in 2024 and 2025. 
I am wondering if where they went or what steps I can use to set bring them over.

That's a Toposurfaces thing. Revit doesn't have Toposurfaces in 2024 or 2025.
