Revit 2024 Properties Scroll Bar Doesn't work well

Try dragging the scroll bar for the view properties to the bottom when the properties is docked over the docked project browser on the left.  For me, the scroll bar gets to the bottom and stops before reaching the bottom of the properties in side the properties palette. Anyone else?

This makes it extremely frustrating when searching for things like the view template.

Apparently the scroll bar is much bigger than it really should be.

Can you use your scroll wheel to get down to the lower properties?

I don't seem to have that problem, but, while I was checking it, I discovered that if the name of the selected template is longer than the box/button allows then it gets cut off at both ends (like if the text is centered instead of left justified).

This version just has a ton of graphics related issues due to implementing this new graphics scheme.

Yes, the small down arrow works. I'm just reporting the bad scroll bar.

I was able to fix it by dragging the palettes around a re-docking them, but that's still a waste of time.

I have a different problem using the mouse scroll wheel!

I'm able to scroll down, but not up! To go to the top, I need to use the elevator.

I'm having the same issue with the scroll down in the Project Browser only.  It goes directly to the bottom but won't go back up.  I have tried two mice, an MX Master 2S and a brand new MX Master 3S.  I've tried docking the browser in different locations on different screens and various settings with the Logi Options+ app to no avail.

It's a control panel (Windows) setting, not Revit - untick the "one screen at a time" option.
