Revit 2024 on Construction Cloud - Having to Audit model to open

Hello,

We have a large model hosted to ACC in Revit 2024 that we are unable to open without having to Audit the file every time we open. I have tried purging some families and solving some errors, to no avail.

When downloading the file to my desktop, the file opens without requiring Audit.

Has anyone ran into this issue?

Thanks in advance,

Justin

Are you getting any messages when opening without auditing the model?

This is all it shows as an error. It seems to freeze at 'Loading Host'

Is this happening for all users for this project?

I would suggest you download the model, open it locally with audit, then resave it to ACC as a new file.

ToanDN typed this faster than I could.  Kick everyone out.  Publish the model and then download.  Save back to ACC.

Probably best to start a new thread as your issue is unrelated to the topic at hand.

Hi ToanDN - Realize this topic was previously solved but we are experiencing same issue but for only 1 user in office instead of all.  Rest of the team has no challenges with this model.  We will take same solution of downloading and resaving as new ACC file but is there something to look for on this user's laptop that could cause the issue only for him?  Thanks

Verify all users have the same Revit version and all updates (couldn't be more important in Revit 2024 especially) that are working on this project.   Do this before pulling it off ACC and then putting it back up.

Thank you, this appears to have been the issue for the one staff member.
