Revit 2024 materials do not load in Twin Motion 2023.1 - materials show as white

Hello, I am using Revit 2024. When I open Twin Motion from Revit, my model shows up in Twin Motion, but all the materials except for glass show up as white. It's as if Twin Motion cannot recognize the Revit materials library, so substitutes white for them. I am using the version of Twin Motion that came with Revit. I just downloaded the Epic Games client to see if Twin Motion would update, but Twin Motion doesn't show up in the client, probably because I didn't install it via the client.

Should I start uninstalling and reinstalling things? Or perhaps there's a feature I need to activate? I'm really at a loss here, any help would be appreciated.

Hello! I am also having the same issue. All the materials in Revit show up properly, even the ones with a tint on them (like the brown stucco of the exterior). However, in TM, the materials are showing up as white, and do not even have the stucco texture applied to them. The stucco material itself is a Revit material, so it is not a custom material, but there are some of those that exist in this project.

Could someone please help explain what is happening here? I am using Revit 2025 & have tried both Twinmotion 2024.1.1 for Revit, & the standalone Twinmotion 2025 to open up this model to see if there were any changes. I have kept the hierarchy when opening. Should I have done it by materials instead, or is there anything else I am somehow missing?
