Revit 2024 Compound Wall Split Region - Wall only shows one material instead of two

To apply two finish materials to the same side of a wall assembly, I edit the compound vertical wall assembly using the "split region" tool. I like this method for interior partitions because we can assign the wall as its own wall type for scheduling purposes (we used stacked walls for exterior walls that do not get scheduled). This has worked great in previous Revit versions, however our office is now upgraded to Revit 2024, and when using this tool the split wall assembly only shows one finish material. 

In this example, I want porcelain tile to be 5'-0" AFF with gypsum board above.  When I edit the wall assembly to show this, it shows correctly in the preview pane of the Edit Assembly dialog box, but not in 3D views or elevation views. I experimented with the porcelain material type to make sure the graphic showed up by making a new wall type with only porcelain tile finish - this worked fine. 

Not sure if this is a graphics card issue or a little bug when the new version rolled out. Or perhaps I missed a step? I attached some images for reference. Thanks for any insight into my issue.

Might be Graphics Card issue. Dunno. What I do know is that I have no like issues.  You're welcome to post your file here for us to test on our ends.  If we can reproduce it on our end, then we can probably figure out how to fix it

@barthbradley I just recreated the scenario on another colleague's workstation and they had the same issue, so losing faith that it is a graphics card issue. Once the split region has been done in the edit wall assembly, there is no indication in 3D or 2D elevations that the wall is split. I completed the same steps in Revit 2022 (our office's previous version), and it worked as intended. This is only a problem for us in Revit 2024. I attached the test project file I was experimenting in. Thanks for the help.
