@jesseray2603 Thanks for report this issue again. The temporary workaround to this issue would be open/use the Material Browser on a secondary monitor (please do not put it on main display monitor). The dropdown list would be show in correct place. If the dropdown list is totally not show up, please re-start Revit or reconnect the monitor after you change the display setting.
