Revit 2023: What is the ID for each wall object in the material takeoff schedule?

For example, in the screenshot below, I couldn’t figure out how to make a distinction between a wall object and another in the material takeoff schedule as there is no ID created for each sketched wall object

How this can be managed?

Add Mark parameter to the schedule fields.

What I wanted here is to get the ID created automatically and in a later astage it can be manually entered in the "mark" field

Yea wall typically require you manually enter if you are using the mark parameter. If you want automatically information, use the IfcGUID. This will display every wall unique ID automatically.

What do you mean? It's an MTO for Wall Category. What are you trying to "distinguish" between?  Wall Types?  Sort by Family Type.

I needed a field that is equivalent to the “objectID” in the ArcGIS Pro but not the GlobalID as per the screenshot below

Use PyRevit Renumber tool to enter Mark or ObjectID.

Is the PyRevit Renumber tool out of the box? How to access this command?

You have to install the plugin.
