I'm running Revit 2023 on Two different machines:
A cutsom Desktop running windows 11
A Surface Book Pro running windows 11
A couple minutes into working in Revit 2023, the issue begins:
Once the these issues start, they are not specific to Revit. They persist in all other programs
A computer restart cures the issue until Revit 2023 is started up again and work is resumed inside the software.
I've been using windows 11 for 3 months now and this has never been an issue in any other program. It's unique to Revit 2023. It seems to trigger the behavior. As I've tried it on both machines, I think it's fairly safe to rule out the fact that it might be a hardware specific item.
It seems like it might be a Revit 2023 and Windows 11 compatibility issue?
After having this issue I tried to resolve it by updating windows 11 with the latest update and I also updated my keyboard drivers to the most current versions. Nothing seems to have helped.
Does anyone know the proper place to report this issue?
