I needed to make a modification to the 2022 Deployment. Going back to the online deployment creation, I made the changes, and downloaed the small utility application. When running that to get the full image it errors out somewhere in the 90% complete according to the log file. It looks like whatever the bug was from https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/revit-architecture-forum/revit-2022-deployment-error/td-p/10219042 has returned.
