Revit 2021 Library Missing

Hello Everyone, 

I recently installed Revit 2021 and everything looked fine until I opened my library and it was missing a lot of elements. When I tried to uninstall in order to add or remove feature however the option itself was inexistent. It would only give the option to either uninstall or repair. Then when I tried to download a library from the Autodesk Revit 2021 Content it would give me many error messages saying it could not create specific folders. Finally I tried to open a library folder sent to me externally from a friend the folders appeared empty even though they were unzipped. I don't really know what I am doing wrong. Please let me know of any suggestion or advice for this type of situation.
