Revit 2021 just doesn't install - I need help

I get this on the install option

and this on the download option.

I cleaned out the previously Revit 2021 program (50 times) which was magically turned into a trial version after I had installed it as an educator in August. Is there anyone out there that can me as I am running out of options.
