Revit 2021 French Door refrigerator not displaying hardware in Ref. Level or 3D view when loaded into project

When I duplicated and edited the French Door Refrigerator Family the doors, drawer and pulls no longer show up in the 3D view in my project. They are still visible in the family file itself, but all I get is a box in my project - no doors, drawers or hardware. I deleted the component from the project and tried to re-load it, but still no lock. Can I download just that family from the internet? I don't want to download all family content just to get a clean copy of the French Door Refrigerator

Set the view to Medium or Fine.  Or, if you wnat the view Coarse, then VG the view and override the Specialty Equipment category (or whaever the ategory of that refrigerator) to Medium or Fine.

Choose a moderate or fine view setting. 

Alternatively, if you prefer a coarser picture, VG the view and change the Specialty Equipment category (or whatever the refrigerator's here category is) to Moderate or Coarse.
