Hi!
this is the first time I post something here, I am kind of despairing...
I thought I had figured out the whole coordinates thing, but apparently not.
In any case, I will start with the most recent issue, which is that when I try to link a CAD now, I only get the followin options:
What could be the reason for that?
Thank you all in advance!

Select a DWG and see if you get more options. What view are you Linking into?
Oh, I see what's going on. You are accessing that dialog box through Manage Links. Use Link CAD on the Insert Tab.
Thanks for the quick replies!!
Oh going via Insert worked for getting also the manual options!
However, I still get the option Auto-Origin to Internal Origin, so I can't link to my Project Base Point.
I was linking on a plan view. But it didn't change in a 3D view...
Hello again! I have accepted the reply suggesting one goes via Insert as a solution, as it provided med with more insert options. And want to thank you again @barthbradley for the quick and to the point help! ![]()
I am however still wondering why I get "Auto-Origin to Internal Origin" option.. Which I suspect will mean that as I continue working on the project, it will be hard to link other models (from other consultants) accordning to Project Base Point. ![]()
