Revit 2021 - Edit Group Panel Missing

We have just deployed Revit 2021 and on a few machines, when the user edits a group the edit group panel is missing.  So far I've:

- Checked the Modify tab on the ribbon but it's not there. 

- Reset the RevitUILayout.xml file

- Tried to cycle through the desktop to see if the panel is hidden under something or on a different screen

We can't even get any user assigned keyboard shortcuts to work.  FG for finish group works but assigning anything to add to group etc does not.  The issue is not project specific.  Other users on the same project have no problem and the issue is spread across people working on different projects.

I think this is an issue Autodesk needs to resolve. 

This is now a 6 year old problem.

I use multiple monitors at work.

While I was using just my laptop (single screen) yesterday at home,  the Edit Group panel is stuck just outside of my screen. When I go to use it, the panel disappears.

This is stupid.

I got to work and the Edit Group panel reappears when I have the multiple monitors. So I attached it to the Quick Access Toolbar which seems to do the trick.

This need to be fixed!!!!
