I noticed that this tab disappeared in Revit 2021. Can someone advice? thank you

Oh, i know now... my fault. The design option tab only shows when you create a design option in the linked revit file. I created a design option, but the step that I forgot to do is reload it in my current working file. When I reloaded it, the design option showed up.

So it's resolved now.
