Why?  You only have one Profile from what I can surmise.  What would 2 additional APs accomplish?

Adding adaptive placement points at these locations will not help you achieve what you are asking for.

This family is based on 2 points and a profile...ie:

  1. Length controlled by the placement points 1 & 2
  2. Width is controlled by inputting a value in the designated parameter of the profile (that is how you match the legs with the columns)

You cannot simply add points to what you have...you need to remodel the family and the profile as a 6 points Adaptive component.

Why don't make the profile parametric? That way you can adjust the side easily and you don't need to add additional adaptive points. The more points you add to Revit, the more unpredictable behavior it can be.
