Revit 2020 Materials Library has stopped working.

I purchased a new laptop in September and downloaded Revit 2020.

All was working fine, until a few days ago when the materials library started taking 2 minutes to load each time. 

I installed the new update for Revit, which did not help but instead added an internal origin point to every single sheet.

Any ideas as to why it has started doing this?

Regarding the Internal Origin point, it can be located and unchecked under Site in VG.

Hi thank you for your response. 

Unfortunately the render settings are already set to draft setting and my current project was made in 2020 not updated from a previous version of revit. 

I does however have a little exclamation mark on each material to update it?

Do you mean the icon indicating that the Material's Rendering Appearance Image cannot be found, 

...or, are you referring to the ominous-looking "Legacy Material" icon?
