Revit 2020 Crash

I have Revit 2020 which I am using for a BIM class.  I have done a bunch in my model, but discovered that Revit 2020 crashes when I try to load families, which I need to do to finish my assignment.  I can open families in Revit 2019, but by a horrible twist of fate, Revit 2020 also crashes when I do Save As, so I can't get my file to something I can open in Revit 2019.  Now this is the easiest thing to fix if someone with Revit 2020 could help me for just a minute.  All I need is for someone to open my file and save it as Revit 2019, and then send it back.  You could upload in a reply or email to me at robinharrison@mailstack.com.

Unfortunately, Revit is not backward compatible.

Try Repairing your 2020.
