This warning keeps showing every time I try to import objects downloaded from BIM object or Revit City, and unable to import. Another similar problem is that this warning shows when I try to save the project. What should I do?

@Anonymous it's possible your model is corrupt, which might explain why you're getting the message when trying to load a family. Does it crash when loading the family into all models or just a particular one?

For the other message, please have a look at the following AKN articles about this and how to set up anti-virus exclusions.

"Import"?  Are you using the correct term?  What exactly did you download from these sites?

It crashes into all models. Any recommendations on software to tackle the type of problem?
