Revit 2020.2 Can not Sync after Batch Copy Monitoring Light Fixtures

We are trying to Batch copy-monitor Lighting Fixtures into our model.  Once we Collaborate after the Copy-Monitor the Model will become not responsive.  I have seen an official post that the solution at that time was to copy paste into our model.  Im hoping that wasn't AutoDesks permenant soluition and that their is a resolution in the works.

Is there a real solution? Hot Fix or Patch File?
