Revit 2019 Views broken

When I enter Revit I cannot find a way to access other view specifically my B1 ceiling view. I can access the 3d view just fine but I need to access the B1 ceiling view to put in my ceiling fixtures and electrical systems. FYI I'm in high school so I don't know much about Revit and it might not be as complicated as it seems to me but no matter how hard I searched I could not find an answer to this.

Can you see the View in your Project Browser?

You should be able to simply double-click on the Ceiling View from there.

Or, if it's on a Sheet and you can see the Sheet, double-click on the Ceiling Plan to edit that View. Everything else will gray out to indicate you're editing the View instead of the Sheet. Double-click outside the View to return to the Sheet

Did you actually create a Ceiling Plan View via View Tab=>Plan Views=>Reflected Ceiling Plan?
