I'm having trouble saving a project in Revit 2019.
The software displays the "not responding" message in the title bar during the execution of the Save command.
I've already uninstalled Revit 2019, updated the operating system (Windows 7 Ultimate SP1), and reinstalled Revit 2019, including update 19.1, but the issue was not resolved.
I tried to follow the guidelines of the post below, but I also did not solve the problem.
Any suggestion?

Try clearing out your temp files...both Windows (/users/<name>/appdata/local/temp) and for Revit ((/users/<name>/appdata/local/Autodesk/Revit/Autodesk Revit 20xx/Journals) . If a shared machine, might want to check other users too, any extra hard drive space you can get...
Where are you saving to? If a network location can you save to the desktop without it having issues?
I finally solved the problem!
I performed the clean uninstallation of Revit 2019, resized the software, ran the Trend Micro Online antivirus, and rebooted the system.
I do not know if it was a virus, but it solved the problem. The SAVE command is working again!
It worked for me by installing the "Revit 2019.1 Update" and "Revit 2019.0.2 Security Fix" updates, respectively.
Thank you @Anonymous
