Revit 2019 Materials Library

Hi 

I am having an issue with my materials library not loading into Revit 2019. I uninstalled the materials library and don't know how to reinstall it. Any help?

I've had this issue while upgrading to 2017,18, and 19, each time the way I fixed it was to uninstall everything Revit, and all the libraries, then re download and installing a fresh copy of Revit. Maybe someone knows a better way to fix it on here though, hopefully!
