Revit 2019 Licensing Error 9; recurring

I am experiencing a recurring licensing issue: 

 

REVIT 2019 : Licensing Error 9

 

I have tried the recommended online fix :https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles..., however, it does not resolve the issue.

 

Are there any other solutions out there? 

 

I experienced this same issue 3 months ago and it required technician support to access my machine and correct the issue. I believe this system should be more responsive. Who has a minimum of 2 business days to wait around for a technical issue to be corrected when it's the program's malfunctioning causing delay? We pay enough for this product that we should be provided technical support within the same day of occurrence. Especially given the time sensitivity some of our projects operate on.
