Hi @keysman_word,

Many users think The Revit Live forum is related to Revit and post their Revit questions here, but Revit Live is a Standalone Immersive Real-time Visualization application you can export your Revit project to, this forum is not the best place to get support for Revit questions. Here a link if you want more info about Revit Live: https://www.autodesk.com/products/revit-live/overview

I had a quick look for a solution to your issue and the following link might help you if you are on a Mac with boocamp:  Text overlaps when printing or using print preview in Revit on MAC with Bootcamp. If that doesn't resolve your issue, I suggest you to re-ask your question on the appropriate Revit Forum, here a link to find them: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/revit-products/ct-p/2003 , you will have better support from the appropriate community there. A good idea is to do a search first to see if a solution for your issue has already been found.

Thanks for reaching out, please let us know and accept as solution if that solve your issue.

Have a great day!

Hi @keysman_word

I'd like to help you further.

A few questions to better understand your issue:

  • Have you tried printing with another PDF printer? If so, do you get the same results?
  • Is this specific to a user/ machine?
  • Do you have the latest updates installed for your Revit version?

To send:

Share the print settings and the PDF printer you use?

Can you post a screenshot of the Revit preview and PDF output and (screencast of the steps)?

Looking forward to your reply!

Regards,
