Revit 2019 Failure to Download

Iv'e tried several times to download my new Revit 2020 without success.

I have now tried to download 2019 again without success. The download field says "Autodesk Materials Library 2019 - Medium...." "Decompression failed".

Please advise how can I get my Revit.

I'm spending hours trying to do this!

-Try a different download method.

-Try from a different computer

-Try from a different (internet) location

-Wait some hours/days, maybe they are working on the server

Only have 1 computer
Only have one internet source
Have tried different times to download.

All the above with no success

hello, try to switch off  all your anti virus program and firewall, if you have a mcafee anti virus uninstall first and reinstall later, you must direct connections to the internet, don't use wifi.  start downloading and see if helps. thanks

Thanks for the suggestions to my Revit 2019 download problem, none of the solutions worked.

In the end I went to my Autodesk reseller & got a copy of Revit 2020 on my external hard drive, then installed it myself on my PC & all seems well.

Have to say that I've always had download problems & am disapponted Autodesk can't get it right after payment of a load of money for the full Design Suite by subscription.

Look forward to the next 2021 download battle!!!

i’ve never had issues downloading their software its either a user issue, a system issue or a network/internet issue

not an Autodesk issue

Could be internet issues here in Mauritius, it's never been great!
