Revit 2019 error opening

Hello,

We are using the Educational License for Revit 2019, we are a private college, and it was working until last week. We have an image of one computer which we use for the rest of the computers, same hardware, and everytime that a student logs in they receive the activation page and everything went through. But today suddenly it is not working we are receiving this error: Unhandled Exception.

- this error report includes the following:

        - Operating System.
        - Product Name and Version

        - Graphics configuration driver name and version

        - applications that were loaded when the error ocurred.

        - Active command when the error occurred.

We are using windows 10 Enterprise, Version 1803 or 1809. All the computers were working correctly but suddenly we have this error. Everytime that a new students opens the software they activate the license and i receive an email saying that It was activated and then error.

REgards.

Hi @Anonymous

This error is due to corrupt files that prevent Revit from launching.

Can you try deleting the temp folder and see if this helps resolve the issue?

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Regards,

Another option, I have updated the drivers of the graphic card, Nvidia, and still the same problem.

We are using Windows 10 build 1809, I want to avoid uninstalling and installing again 50 computers.

Yeah, that doesn't help much.   Can you post the latest journal file?

(C:\Users\<username>\appdata\local\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit 2019\Journals)
