Revit 2019 Can't get wall to join others

Really could use a little help. For some reason the east side of the 1st floor is jacked up. I added in a siding wall on the clerestory and I cant for the life of me get it to join the other walls. 

 

I also changed my walls on that side to an 11 1/2" thick ICF wall and now I have a couple of lines where the garage and the ICF walls meet and one between two ICF walls on the east side.

 

I have one exterior wall in the Sitting Room that is still a 2x6 wall because when I change it to a 11 1/4" ICF wall everything breaks. A little help would be great.

You could try right clicking the blue circle at the end of the wall and selecting 'disallow join'

...or perhaps post a Photo showing what you are describing. It's hard to visual.

Well I spent 15 minutes on this and traded one problem for another. See the file attached. I drew the north residential section of wall as on wall as it would be in real life and cut out the bumpout portion using edit profile on the wall. In plan view the walls joined perfect on one side and are messed up on the other - not sure why or how to fix it. You could just make a new wall with 2.625" insulation+.5" gypsum and patch it in then join the walls.

 

Problems like this is why we have switched to modeling all walls as solid walls. At least during the initial modeling phase. So this wall would be represented as one 6" thick wall. Then we would provide details to represent how it would really be built.
