Revit 2019.2 dimension problem

Hello, me and my colleague have problems with dimensions in Revit after 2019.2 update. It seems like dimesions are moving on their own. We pull out dimensions so they are visible and sometimes after relinqushing or closing and opening project dimensions is out of previous place.  Even pinning the dimensions doesn't help. I added screenshot before and after.

I am using the same verision of Revit and having the same issue. When I sync and close the model all the dimension are in the right location, but when I reopen the model the dimension strings have moved to completely new locations. I have added some working view screen shots to show this. Please do not mind the messy dimensions, I am still working on this. The JPEG is mainly for dimension string location purposes. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
