Revit 2018 template files not found

Hi there.

I'm aware that this topic has been covered extensively however does not seem to help with the question i have.

I cannot seem to find the template files and libraries even when i attempt another installation it says that those are already installed. I've gone to the default path where these files are normally located and they are not there and i've checked 'hidden files'. C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2018

Is there any solution for this or should i attempt another installation? I've done the installation from my account.

Please ensure all residual files are properly removed as well, before you attempt a fresh reinstall.
