Revit 2018 Template Files AUS

When loading a generic template in Revit 2018 (Australian Localisation), it informs me it is upgrading a 2016 version.

My Revit ini file points to the correct locations, as does the Options / File Locations.

Loading via File / Open has the same results.

All files in C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2018\Templates\Australia appear to be 2016 versions.

Files in C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2018\Templates\Generic are 2018 versions.

Am I correct or doing something wrong!

Yes - Definitely installed with the BDSP 2018.

Hi,

often Autodesk doesn't update the deliverd Templates.

So, open the old file. After recreation (update) by Revit save it as .rte into the same folder with the same name.

While using this new file for the next project, no update is neccessary.
