Revit 2018 Site Designer Locate Issues

Hi,

I'm having issues using the Revit site designer tool. After setting the base toposurface, when I attempt to locate site features Revit opens the select base toposurface window again. Once I select a base toposurface it duplicates the topo and kicks me out of the locate tool. It was working for me last time I used it a few months ago and I have all the appropriate families loaded.

Any ideas what could be the issue here?

Can you confirm if you are on the latest build of Revit 2018?
