Revit 2018 Project Browser Freezes

When opening the project, both the Project Browser and the Properties dialog boxes do not respond. The rest of the model will but if you try to edit or click into either of these areas it will not respond at all. I've tried restarting my computer and opening a new drawing and both have failed to fix the issue.
