Revit 2018 P&ID Modeler Failure at every close of program

Everytime I close the Revit 2018.3 on my windows 10 computer, I get this failure message. See Screenshot. I have googled and cannot find the exact same issue to be posted. I do not use the P&ID Modeler but the error is annoying. Anyone else had this happen to you? Anyone found a fix to this?

it could be installed plug-in programs , try to uninstall and see if helps. thanks

I cannot find a way to uninstall this add-in

if you cannot find your add-in ? try to do a clean uninstall and reinstall again your program and see if helps. thanks

That seems like pain to have to reinstall everything. I would think that is the last resort but the second one in the forums.
