Revit 2018 Lighting Analysis is Apparently Broken

While I can access the cloud server for rendering, every time I attempt to run a Lighting Analysis i receive an error saying that the rendering service cannot be reached. The tool appears to be broken. Is there a fix for this problem or is there another functioning method I'm not aware of for generating lighting analyses? Thanks.

Have you tried duct tape, hammer and a beer. Those three things usually work for me.

All joking aside, this reads like a server or connection issue; not a Revit issue.  Does this always happen?

This always happens and from what I’ve tested there’s no server issue. Hence, the tool doesn’t appear to work.

Well, if it's broke; REPAIR.  Have you tried that?

Is there any other suggestions to make this feature functional again? Is it a problem on the Autodesk server that is causing this glitch? Or is there a better platform to perform these tasks outside of Revit?
