Revit 2018 does not open

I have installed Revit 2018 on my Dell Precision 7510 laptop running Windows 10. When I double click on the icon, the program starts like it is going to open but never does. I have recently noticed that Revit isn't the only one. All of my Autodesk programs will not open. Can some one help me figure out what could be causing this problem. I have done a clean install of all of the programs. I have also removed all of the Viusal C++ programs and reinstalled them.

I recently noticed that some firewalls are preventing several Autodesk programs to run.

Test if it helps when you disable them. 

I did have no time to figure out what kind of rules nee to be set in the firewall to get it working
