Hello all,
I am looking for some help obtaining a solution to creating a schedule that will show the difference in areas between the existing condition (prior to remodel), and the proposed layout. We typically have to provide a Floor Area Ratio (FAR) summary with each of our permit sets, and I am working on streamlining this process using the functionality built into Revit.
I would like to have the following cells: Existing Area / Proposed Area / Difference in Areas
From this I can create the FAR calculations.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
