Hello,
I have a problem with a calculated value which I can't seem to figure out how to solve. As you can see from the image I get 0% under collum M (Grad av utnyttelse).
1/0*100 = 0 ? hmmmm ![]()

Your formula seems to just want the percent of a column. If so, choose 'Percentage' instead of 'Formula' and Revit will do that calculation for you. You can then select which parameter to get percent, and what total to divide it into.
I took it that technically the answer to 1 divided by 0 = "undefined" and Not "0".
but that's really splitting hairs.
your answer was fine in my book.
Sorry, just my nerdiness kicking in.

Why column K blank? Not Calculate Total?
You can try Percentage instead of Formula.
Actually, the point I'm making is that there are no values whatsoever in the "Blank" column. They are all NULL, so the calculation is: "Areal/NULL*100". What the heck would this return? Still, even if the NULL value is computed as zero, any real number multiplied by zero is zero.
Hello,
Thanks for all your answers. Maybe the problem wasn't clear in the first picture. I've tried to change the formatting in collum K but that doesn't help. I like to have percent in collum M but that isn't critical.
Thanks again!
The thing you should remember is that the bottom row is a Grand Total, and each group has a subtotal. You can't get the program to just do the calculation on the last row. It will do the calculation for each row, and then the Grand Total will add them all together. So make sure under formatting for Column M you select 'Calculate Totals.' If that doesn't work, there still may be some hang up will the null values talked about in the discussion before. Dividing by null could nullify the Column M values above which could nullify the Column M totals.
