Revit 2018.3.3 Crashes when opening project

Hi,

My Revit 2018.3.3 fails to open my project and gives a "unrecoverable error" warning before crashing.

It was fine a few days ago but no longer opens. A colleague can open it on her computer and has managed to open it and save it as a new central file which i then tried to create a new local from but this still fails.

Please note this is a 2018 project and we are not upgrading it so please only solutions re. how to fix the situation while still on Revit 2018.

Most recent 3 journals attached.

Thanks for any help you can give!

user's working on the central file must be the same build and try to tick audit before opening the file.

Hi, thanks so much for your reply,

So I've found that the colleague who created a new central of the Revit project file is on an older Revit 2018 version number:

18.3.2.7
20181011_1500(x64)
2018.3.2

vs mine which is:

18.3.3.18
20190510_1515(x64)
2018.3.3

The file we are working on is strictly for working on some interiors items and bathroom elevations etc. - it is not as important as the main project file. So I am thinking the team wants to keep the their current (older) build number so that we don't come into compatibility issues with linked consultant's files etc...

I have tried to find out how to revert to an older build number to match hers but so far can only see how to do it for the bigger revit updates (2016, 2017, 1018 etc) but not for uninstalling smaller version updates/security fixes.

Any advice?
