Revit 2017 users unable to print to PDF, using Nuance or Microsoft print to pdf.

I have a user in our environment struggling to print to .pdf with Revit 2017. She gets a message that is is not compatible but I have seen other users online without issue.  We have checked printer options in Nuance, adobe pro dc, and  Revit for that printer but are not seeing the availability of ARCH A, B, C, D. 
-options for MS print to PDF are limited to pages but the options for ARCH A, B, C, D are also not available 
-have checked online forums for Nuance and Revit, no indication of incompatibility 
--suggestions included to re-install Nuance for the printer, this made no change 
-reaching out for suggestions and alternatives for this function.

Microsoft PDF will not work for any large prints...period.   Download something like CutePDF or PDF Creator or even better just purchase Adobe Acrobat Pro or Bluebeam CAD.

Never heard of Nuance....you probably need to contact their support for that one.
