REVIT 2017 trial VERSION

Hi, 

I Downloaded a trial version of Revit LT. I tried to start a drawing ( New > Project > . There is no template file in it. I think Revit LT didn't install the templates properly. Please help. I would like to use the architectural Template.

The Content library for my Revit LT 2017 is still empty. I tried fixing it
this way: I temporarily turned off my internet security first.
Control Panel > Programs > Programs & Features > Right click on Autodesk
Revit LT Content Libraries 2017 > click "Uninstall/Change" > click Add or
Remove Features but still Content shows empty. So i continue to completely
uninstall the Content libraries and reinstalled it but then again the
Template file is still empty after i click New Project on Revit to start a
new drawing. I want to use the Architectural template but there's nothing
in it. I'm getting frustrated. Is there a way i can email Autodesk
directly? Thanks again.

You may try to uninstall Revit.
