To offer a stable solution for 2018 and 2019, On a MAC PRO using Vega Graphics, unfortunately, the only way to resolve is to set the display adapter to the default driver for windows even though it limits utilization of hardware performance. this can be done by "uninstalling" the Vega driver used for the latest Boot camp Update.
I have isolated this issue finally, and ultimately to graphics display adapter driver. When the last auto update for apple software "boot camp drivers" occurred, the problem returned. Once I uninstalled the driver, the problem was subsequently illuminated.
If autodesk can work with vega driver for bootcamp this issue will likely be solved.
Final comment, DO NOT TRY TO USE AUTODESK PRODUCTS IN BOOTCAMP ON NEW MAC PRO !!!!!! It is not worth the $5000 even though I did not make the purchase.
