Revit 2017 Material Path

I have Revit 2019 on my laptop and I couldn't get the materials work. When clicking the "materials" button nothing happens. I have all the latest updates and I have tried fixing and updating all the parts that belongs to this programme (in the computers settings) and that doesn't help. I have also checked that the file paths are correct. Please help me.

hello, try to updates your graphics card driver to the latest or untick use hardware acceleration and see if helps . thanks
