Revit 2017-Can't see window for loading families

Hello,

I've been having some issues with the compatibility of my computer graphics card and Revit's display. 

In the past I've been able to load families without any problems.

My computer updated and now every time I click on the button to load a family, it looks like a window opens, but it's not visible. 

I uninstalled and reinstalled Revit 2017 with all the libraries and the problem is still there. 

Is there anything I can/should do?

How many monitors do you have?

Use "Alt+Space" , select Move or type "M" and use arrow keys to bring back the dialogue box.
