Revit 2016 Does not respond after startup screen

Hi 

I'm having the problem that after starting Revit the start-up screen pops up.

When this one closes the homescreen of revit appears and I get the "Revit is not responding" message, no error report appears.

I'm running Revit 2016 on a Asus laptop (8gb RAM Nvidia Geforce 740M)

 

Is there anyone who can help me? Revit 2017 does the same

This may be due to licensing issue try to follow as directed in the link.

I opend the ADLM File and this appeard:

The splash screen is closing and the normal home screen of revit pops up (where u can chose projects, families etc.).

After a few seconds there is a pop-up from windows and the "Autosdest Revit is not responding" appears.

Probably this is due to malfunctioned upgrade in windows or service pack.
