revit 2015

I first uninstall the revit 2015 due to some problems now i want again to install revit but in installation area it gives me that you have already installed it. I check for files in whole PC but i can't find any file resemble to revit 2015. please help me as quickly as possible. I do not have any screen shoots.

hello, what version of OS do you have? try to download from virtual agent. switch off all your anti virus program and firewall before downloading and installation. must have direct connection to internet. clear all your temp files in c : drive folder, those cannot delete just skip.

I believe You will continue to receive this error until you perform a CLEAN UNINSTALL. The installer is picking up residual files and registry keys which are not usually removed with the uninstall

Thanks for your help. I just do clean uninstallation of revit 2015 through
Autodesk....:)
