Revit 2015 error 8

Hi all,

 

I have very strange issue with downloading and installing Revit 2015. All 3 options to download and install the product are failing.

However, when I try to install Revit 2014 from same account it runs smoothly without any problems.

 

Does anyone have solution to this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Where are you downloading it from?

 

Also be sure to disable any firewalls, AV programs, and make sure you are not on a wireless connection.

From my Autodesk account. Strange thing is, that it doesn't work on Revit 2015 only.

As I mentioned before, there was no problem with Revit 2014 using the same settings.

Try downloading from the Virtual Agent...  http://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/account-management/software-downloads/previous-versio...

 

Also, what browser are you using?  Sometimes changing the browser helps, for example I use Chrome.

Thanks for the link. I've started download, so we will see what happens.

I usually install it from IE, as that always worked perfectly.
