Hi

We have a file that use to works fine until this afternoon... now no one can make a local file or create a new central file. I tried to check "verify", but it also crash.
I tried to link the file to new file, it crash.
I even tried to detach, check and update it to Revit 2016 and 2017, it crash!

First time i see this. Somebody experienced that before or have any solution??

can you do an audit on the file (within the open dialog box)?

oups sorry, i cannot share the file right now (property rights).

now, we were able to open it in the latest version of Revit 2015 (built R6)

Let's see if by uninstalling the older version solve the issue.

i'll let you know

thanks

each user working on a revit project needs to be in the same version (2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, etc.)...not necessarily same build number...because with each version, there are always updates ur1, ur2, etc.
